Giovanni I (†802) was Patriarch of Grado from 766 until he was murdered in 802 by the son of doge Giovanni Galbaio.
Mauricius and Giovanni Galbaio were the seventh and eighth doges of Venice. Together, they ruled the duchy for almost four decades.
